normal;">据项目相关负责人介绍，项目已经取得了陆上运维中心的‘四证一书’，陆上运维中心的产评工作也已经完成，其他法律法规要求的合规手续都已经取得相关的文件。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;"><strong>预计2024年11月底项目开工，2025年上半年争取发出第一度电。</strong></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">据了解，华能山东半岛北L场址海上风电项目，总投资约70亿，场址面积约59平方千米，规划布置42台12兆瓦风力发电机组，配套建设一座220千伏海上升压站、一座陆上集控中心和配套海底电缆。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;"><strong>项目建成后，年上网电量约为17亿千瓦时，每年可节约标煤约50万吨。</strong></p></section><section style="text-align: center;margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 10px;line-height: 0;"><section style="vertical-align: normal;">2021年9月12日，华能山东半岛南4号海上风电场发出山东省第一度海上风电。这也是全国首个风光储一体化风电场，采用光伏、风电、储能相结合的方式，有效实现经济效益最大化。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">据媒体报道，投产发电两年后，已累计发电15.47亿千瓦时，可节约标煤46.52万吨，减排二氧化碳127.47万吨，可满足60万家庭一年用的电量。</p></section><section style="text-align: center;margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 10px;line-height: 0;"><section normal;">年初时山东省政府公布了2024年重大实施类项目名单，共有555个项目列入其中，其中涉及烟台市项目共有49个，其中就包括<strong>华能山东半岛北BW场址海上风电项目。</strong></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">而在8月份烟台召开的“推动高质量发展”系列主题新闻发布会上，也提到了要实现烟台市清洁能源产业链项目进展提速。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">其中在风电方面，<strong>要加快推进总投资900亿、装机容量620万千瓦的“七大海上风电”项目进度，预计2027年前后全部建成并网发电。</strong></p><p style="white-space: normal;">未来，华能山东半岛北L场址海上风电项目将以海上能源为主导，集海上风电、波浪能和潮流能发电、先进储能为一体，追“新”逐“绿” normal;">今年年初，烟台重新调整了十四五全市重大工程项目，调整后清单中总共有155个项目、总投资2.44万亿。其中蓬莱共有20个项目上榜。<strong>涉及到风电的项目有中国海上风电国际母港、华能山东半岛北K场址海上风电。</strong></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">从这份重大项目名单不难看出，蓬莱区则以海上风电、新材料、蓬莱东港区等项目为主，蓬莱划区已经超过3年，而烟台对新区的辐射作用或许才刚刚开始。</p><p style="white-space: normal;">随着烟台港将大部分功能迁至蓬莱东港区，海上风电项目的持续不断开发等，未来蓬莱或许将借助烟台的“西部大开发”再迎来一波增长。</p></section></section></section></p>

小时候开始修三峡时 电费里面有三峡基金，说是三峡修好了，电费就便宜了，会有多少人受益。
三峡都修好将近20年了吧，咱们的电费 也没见便宜。

肯定不需要！
烟台不用建核电，不用建风电，现有发电能力应该可以满足全市人民需要。
不过，
我们肯定肩负着某地人民用上安全电能的使命。

现在不叫三峡建设基金了，改名叫重大水利项目建设基金了，收费标准没变，还是那个标准。

半岛纷纷上核电，海阳两个核电厂，荣成有核电，听说莱阳要上，招远也上。。。
现在风电、海上风电、光伏、光热、垃圾、生物质电站，太多了，整个山东用也用不完，要把半岛毁了么？
