normal;">8月烟台楼市新建住宅成交均价11078元/㎡，相比6月来说，成交均价有所上涨但变化不大，最近两年烟台楼市成交价基本保持在万元上下，随着成交楼盘的价格高低而波动。</p></section></section><section style="line-height: 0;margin-top: 20px;margin-bottom: 20px;"><section normal;">排在第三位的事开发区，当月成交123套，今年以来开发区成交量在六区中一直排名三四位，区域房价上涨之后成交量自然也受到了影响。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">成交价方面，8月均价最高的区依然是开发区，12143元/㎡，其次是莱山区，均价12102元/㎡，两区均价相差不大，近年来也一直是这两区轮流坐庄烟台房价高点。</p><p style="white-space:
