normal;">公示信息显示，滨海一线慢行系统位于烟台市芝罘湾至养马岛的滨海一线，西起烟台站，东至沁水河口里蹦岛，线路全长约35公里。研究范围涉及芝罘区、莱山区、高新区、牟平区的滨海地带。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">项目以<strong>“滨海超级绿道-发现烟台魅力的悦享之路”</strong>为定位，通过超级绿道串联烟台绝美景色，带动沿线规划节点的发展，通过慢行系统的构建，实现滨海一线休闲及文旅资源的贯通串联，形成烟台滨海品牌的体验廊道。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">全线共分为<strong>港城华章（铺展城市漫步核心区）、缤纷生活（打造市民共享服务中心）、生态度假（营建品牌度假生活圈）</strong>三大功能分区。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">项目将打造烟台十八景（高线烟台、时光老街、山海视窗、滨海客厅、氧气步道、星光月湾、渔人漫步、花间畅游、林荫漫道、炫彩海滨、活力烟大、缤纷海岸、沙丘穿越、山谷西行、湿地探秘、海岛摆渡、森系新城、绿岛海角），全新视角再现最美烟台。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">公示显示，滨海一线示范段为烟大海滨公园示范段，位于莱山区滨海中路，烟台大学东侧，北至泉韵南路，南至天越湾海水浴场处，中部为逛荡河入海口，整体长约3.8公里，占地面积约54公顷。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">该段目前已形成游泳、赶海、户外露营、海上运动等活动聚集基础。周边毗邻重要公共服务设施，包括烟台大学、烟台体育公园、烟台国际会展中心等。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">项目主要设计提升思路如下：①构建示范性滨海慢行体系；②开放看海界面并重塑岸线；③场所共创，景观与建筑并重，植入多种业态和场景；④设计结合运营，联动周边用地和区域自然、文化、产业和客群资源，对可运营公共空间进行系统策划。</p><p style="white-space: 开发区海边高大上的规划，把固沙灌木丛铲掉以后，现在的开发区沙滩，沙子越来越少，越来越硬邦邦。
